1 punet of cherry tomatoes sliced in half Garlic oil Freshly chopped basil and coriander Rock salt Black pepper Balsamic glaze
Cut the tomatoes in half and place in a bowl . Drizzle about a 2 tbspoons of garlic oil over tomatoes. Finely chop a generous amount of basil and coriander and add to bowl along with a tspoon of rock salt (add more if you need more punch!). Sprinkle a small amount of black pepper and lightly drizzle a small amount of balsamic glaze. For added punch add a tspoon of lemon juice - freshly squeezed ...
The key ingredient is the rock salt! The strength of the salt and it's texture gives it the punch :)
