When we slander somebody
Because of their race, their beliefs
Or just because they're not like us...........
AIN'T THAT SOME KIND OF WAR.?
when we kill or steal from others
Or cause a riot, even picketing
Or turn brother against brother.........
AIN'T THAT SOME KIND OF WAR?
When we abort an innocent baby
Or refuse to help the homeless,
Our neighbours and friends;
And teach children to hate.....
AIN'T THAT SOME KIND OF WAR?
WHEN WILL THESE WARS STOP?
instead, show harmony and peace,
Show concern and show we care
To our fellowmen......
WHEN WILL WARS BE NO MORE?
