"Shut up" She screams at the broken window, "Why must you torment me so" a soul too sad to hear what is not being heard, "why" a gush if wind pushes the curtains aside, "as calming as the ocean" The moon looks down on her.
"Let me sleep" She reaches for the stars "Let me breathe" A rustle of trees, She lets out a scream, "Shut up" The broken window stays silent, "Leave me alone" She reaches towards the shattered glass, "Just leave me be" She sobs. "Let me sleep"
