You may be wondering why I'm knocking these out at quite a rate, but I'm going on vacation tomorrow and I've formed a back log when I've written more than I've posted!

-TIFFANY- "Baby!" I cried as I saw Nate sat there in a white tshirt waiting for me. "Well done sweetie, you looked pretty amazing out there!" he said, kissing me on the cheek. "Bye Tiffany, see you later yeah?" a few of the girls said, to which I agreed and smiled. "What's happening later?" Nate asked when they'd left for the changing rooms. "You don't mind if I go and see the girls tonight do you? I'll be back at 10, I just want to make a good impression as their new captain" "Of course I don't mind. Just promise me you won't drink anything?" he asked, worry already forming in his brow. "I won't, I promise. I'm not taking any risks this time" I replied, sweeping my thumb over his forehead to erase the worry lines that were forming. "How do you like my new kit?" I said, stepping back and turning 360 degrees so he could get a good look. "Mmm well, if you wear that round the room then you might not find it staying on you or very long" he said, pulling me back in close and making me giggle. Just as he was about to kiss me, Miss Schott called down from the balcony area "Off to lessons you two! Well played though Tiffany, you're doing well" "Thanks!" I cried, taking Nate's hand in mine and leading him back to our room.

"Do you have a lesson now?" I asked Nate after I'd finished changing back into a pencil skirt and white blouse that was very low cut. "Nope. I've got nothing until tomorrow after lunch" "I've got today free too, so why don't we go somewhere?" I said, jumping up excitedly from where I was sat on the bed. "Where are you thinking exactly?" "I know a place. Come with me" I said, holding his hand again and dragging him behind me, out of the boarding houses and out into the school's gardens.

-NATE- "Wait" Tiffany demanded, standing on her tiptoes to place her hands over my eyes. "Keep walking straight" she said, pressing her body into my back. "Sweetheart, nothing's going to jump out from behind a tree is it? I don't think that'll do your child's daddy's heart any good!" "You sound so old" she moaned, still leading me. "Wait.. Are we going to...?" "Surprise!" she called, taking her hands off my eyes and revealing where we were. In front of me was a single bench, situated beside a disused shed and underneath a glorious canopy of foliage. "Oh Tiffany... Do you remember?" "Mhmm. When I was nothing but your mistress" she said with a little laugh. "We've come so far" I replied, soaking in every detail of this place. "I know. That's why I wanted to bring you back; so we can make new memories here" "I love you" I said, still looking up at the trees above us: the familiar lasers of sunlight shooting down around me. "Show me then? Like you did in here?" she said, sitting on the bench and pulling out my old journal entry. "You still have that?" "Are you kidding me? This was my only beacon of hope when you were still with Mollie" "I'm sorry about that" I said, sinking as I remembered it. "I can safely say you've made up for it though" Tiffany replied, placing a hand on her stomach and allowing her ring to glimmer in the light. "I'm glad I have, because there's no other girl for me" Her lips met mine then for what seemed like the first time in an eternity. For the first time we were completely alone, without any pressure from the outside world. We'd lost the pressure and stress about having another baby, and we'd lost the stress of the wedding. Tiffany looked like she had the Mollie situation under control, and we finally had the positions we desired in the school's hierarchy. As I briefly opened my eyes to see my wife kissing me, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride: pride in this girl who'd overcome so much to get to where she is now, pride that she was finally all mine and pride that we were finally going to produce healthy offspring. I don't know what it was about this pregnancy compared to the other but I felt safer. A positive shine on things that meant everything was going to be alright, like we'd already had our share of bad luck, and it was finally time for that to change.
