Having such a great time, so I haven't had much time to write :( sorry!
-TIFFANY- "Morning" I said, looking across to realise that my mom had fallen asleep alongside me. I remembered coming into the flat, and going straight into bed. I complained about missing Nate, and missing him stroke my hair until I fell asleep, and as a loving gesture, she stroked my hair until I fell asleep. She must have fallen asleep too, as she was now dozing alongside me, in her black silk robe. "Tiffany, morning" she said, rolling over and climbing out of bed. "Thank you for last night" I said, gesturing to where she'd slept. "Its what I should have done years ago" she said, opening the blinds in my childhood room and letting the sunlight pour into the room. "What time is it?" "6.30am, we should probably start getting ready. Your dress will be here at 7.30" "Okay, thanks" I said, getting out of he and following her into the kitchen. Mollie was already awake, and she was brewing me a green tea. "Morning!" she said, skidding across the wooden floor to hug me. "Excited?" "Nervous. I never thought I would be but I really am!" I said, feeling the butterflies in my stomach already awakening from their cocoons. "Right, what would you like for breakfast?" Mollie asked, listing my options. "I don't know if I really feel like eating" I said, walking over to the large glass window in the living area. "You must, or you'll faint today. You know what the doctor said about eating to regain your strength" my mom interjected "Okay then. Do we have any cornbread?" "Cornbread?" my mom asked quizzically. "I really fancy cornbread. Don't worry if we don't, anything will do" "I'll go and see if Mrs V has some" Mollie said, dashing downstairs. "Beautiful view isn't it?" my mom said, as she approached the window I was stood by. "I think it's the fall. It makes the city so fresh and new after the clammy summers" "It's a beautiful day too" She was right. The leaves were beginning to fall from the trees, in all their golden orange glory, but the sun was still shining as if it was the summer again. I looked down onto the street, to see a few paparazzi milling around, waiting for me to come downstairs, but I didn't think about them. As I looked out towards Central Park, I thought of what Nate was probably doing now, and I thought about the upcoming nuptials: the final declaration of love that we would ever have to make.
-NATE- "I need to call her" I cried out, but Charlie had seized my phone. "Mate, you can't speak to her. Just wait until you see her later" "But it'll be too late then" "Are you having second thoughts?" "Oh god no!l I protested, disgusted he would even think that. "I just want to tell her I love her. As her boyfriend and not her husband. I'm worried our lives will become boring and monotonous after today" "I don't think it will. Look, come and have some coffee then we'll start getting ready. The service starts at 12.30 so we need to get there for midday" "Fine. I miss her" "I know you do, but in 6 hours you'll be together forever. Fancy going for a run to calm down?" "Yeah, alright then" I said, my mind not really focused on the run, but on the excitement of the day ahead.
