-TIFFANY-

"Now, can I meet your boyfriend? Nate isn't it?" Mimi asked, and I nodded, still feeling a little shaken up. Mollie lead us both round the side of the house to the driveway, where I'd been with Nate a few minutes ago. "He's gone to the beach, I'll show you the way" I said, diverting our path away from the main black gates which were now shut. "Where are we going?" Mimi asked, as we trod carefully around my mother's prized flowers, which were obviously not planted by herself, she just claimed that were hers. "This is a short cut to the beach, we used to go down here when we were little" Mollie said, obediently following me down the slope of the grand gardens. The slope continued, and as the flowers disappeared, trees and shrubs were instead present. The soil here was too salty to grow much else, as we were almost at the beach. Ahead of us was a large and tall black metal fence, which despite its grandeur was actually fatal, as after 10pm it was electrically charged, keeping out any late night snoopers. As it was only 3pm, I knew we were fine, but as the main gates were shut, I didn't want to risk it. My mother was an unpredictable woman, and sometimes being careful was the best way with her. We therefore took a slight long cut towards a break in the deadly fence, where I'd fitted a gate when I was thirteen. That never became charged, but it was locked by a keypad, with an 8-figure password. This gate was my gate: no one else knew about it, let alone used it, so the password was very personal. The password was Nate's birthday, and as I typed in the eight numbers, I looked at Mollie, wanting her to distract Mimi so she didn't see it. I wasn't sure if I trusted Mimi yet, but what I did know was that she was close to Victoria, so I didn't want to give her any opportunity to help her. 7-3-1994, I typed in whilst thinking to myself "July third, 1994. The day my true love graced this earth for the first time." I pressed the green button below the key pad, and it let out a numb beeping noise, before all the locks in the door shifted back, making a large clunking noise. The gate began to slowly open, and as I lead the group out, I waited by the door making sure that it closed behind us. When it did, the thousands of locks in the gate all crashed back into place, and we moved on. I headed right, towards the stretch of the beach that now belonged to Nate and I. "So, what's it like coming here?" Mimi said. Mollie looked at her, clocking that it was clearly her first time, as she was frantically looking from one place to another, at the flashy cars and the pristine blue waters, then back to the women carrying designer handbags and the children wearing couture. "It's the Hamptons" Mollie began, "What else can I say? It's fabulous; the sun, the sea, the shops, the friends, the houses. It's the most ideal place to come, I don't know why more people don't come!" she said smiling and walking alongside me. "It's really amazing. I think because we've been on vacation here for most of our lives, it's all about the memories, and the connections we've made with other people. Take this girl for example" I said, pointing over at a girl named Lucy. "When we were 9, we ran down to the beach one night after a birthday party and we made sand angels on the coast, round about here" I said, waving to Lucy. "It's little things like that that make the Hamptons so special for those of us who've been here our whole lives. And take this boy for example, he's just plain perfect." I said, as Nate approached. I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him, whispering "I have so much to tell you later" he nodded and kissed my cheek. "Mollie" he said, pecking her on the cheek. "Nate, this is Mimi, she's working at Vogue and she's got a proposition for the three of us" I said, immediately brightening up now I knew he was here. "Mimi, great to see you" he said, kissing her in both cheeks too. "What do you have to offer?" he said, returning to me and wrapping his arm around my shoulders. "Marriage?" she joked, laughing a little. "Wow, you really are gorgeous!" she said, acting like a little girl who's just net her idol. "Thank you" he said, as I moved closer into him, to make sure she knew he was taken. "No, seriously," she said, as soon as she realised my protective move "How do you three want to have the central spread in Vogue? It'll give you the opportunity to tell your story right, and you'll get to be in Vogue?" she said, her eyes and her attention trailing down from Nate's face to his chest and rock solid abs, that had strings of water droplets balancing on them, which began to trickle down whenever he breathed in or out, heading towards his swimwear. I moved my hand so it covered his abs, and looked across at her, smiling as sweetly as I could. His abs really did feel great today, maybe it was because he'd just been exercising, but they felt really firm and defined. "We've already agreed, but we wanted to make sure you were cool with it" Mollie said to Nate, looking up at him. "Sure, as long as you two are there" he said, wrapping his other arm around Mollie's neck, but kissing me on the head. "Great, okay, well Tiffany has my number so we'll sort something out! I'm in town until the end of next week so we should arrange something before then. And girls, as you're now doing this, you won't need to come in tomorrow, just make sure you call me sometime tomorrow or the day after okay?" "Sure, do you want to come sunbathing with us now?" I offered, hoping she'd decline. "Oh sure!" she said, "It'd be rude to come here and not have anything to show for it!" I pulled the towel down from Nate's shoulders and lay it down. It was a big towel, so I knew Nate and I could fit on it if we hugged together tightly. Mollie had already whipped off her dress, greeting us with her slim stomach which was now very tanned. Her bikini was a checked, in a shade of mint green that flattered not only her olive skin but her blond hair too. I sat down on the towel, and Nate followed, lowering the band slightly on his Vilberquin swim shorts, so he could tan more of his stomach. As he lay back, his eyes closed, and I looked down at him, stroking his hair, and watching the corners of his mouth curl upwards. I moved my head down and kissed him; a single passionate kiss that lasted a few seconds. "You look really good" I whispered quietly, speaking what was on my mind. I then sat up, and started to pull off my dress, revealing my white bikini that I'd put on just before I'd left the house. "I think you'll find that you look even better" he said, sitting up and putting his hand on my toned stomach. His lips met mine again in a passionate embrace. "I love you" I said, kissing him back again. "On the beach, really?" a female voice hissed from behind us. I broke the kiss and looked up, my eyes straining from the sunlight that was above this figure. Then I saw the red lipstick, and I felt Mollie's hand on my shoulder, in support. Nate's body tensed up, and he started to hold me even tighter. "Victoria!" Mimi chirped from the other side of the three of us.
