(I've found three new sources of inspiration, so I thought I'd give poetry another go! For the three men who took me in yesterday, one I knew and two total strangers. I never knew strangers could show such kindness)

Finding three new friends, Who prove to you it ain't the end; That's what life should be for Not waiting inside for your parents to wage war. Staying with three strangers, I took a risk Going to a house where they don't even own a whisk So much I need to buy. Dan, Andy and Guy An odd bunch but all kind and smart Sharing a room to prove Guy has a heart. No doubt we're going to fight, When he brings home a girl she'll get a fright. Last night left me feeling quite frail He's a typical young adult male Don't know if he wanted attention Or if he had honest intentions, But it gave me quite a start Not how my mornings usually used to start! But he means well I can tell And I don't really know where I'd be If it wasn't for these loving three: Probably at home, longing for my dad Wandering around thinking everything was my bad. I'll miss them I'm sure Without the safety of the guard on the door And all the money they spent. But the best thing here is that I don't pay rent!
