You will need- Strawberries Raspberries One banana (any other fruit you want) Low fat yoghurt (plain or fruit flavoured) Ice cream -plain or fruit flavoured (unless you are going for the low calorie kind in which case add more yoghurt)

Chop up ingredients, shove into a blender and press the on button! Serve in a tall glass with a straw!
