The other day my husband and I were driving into town, which is 15 km from our small village in Finland.
We were having general chat about our daughter and how she is quiet loud. This being due to my husbands loudness being Brazilian . All brazilians appear to be loud . As in brazil everyone needs to talk at the same time and to be heard they feel the need to shout. Anyway , we were saying she is quiet loud but we don't really notice it unless we have a visitor or around others . Which doesn't hapoen too often as life is, shall I say a little bizarre here n Finland. With this said my husband came out with ... " kids are like a fart" I turned to him in confusion , wondering if I misunderstood him due to our small language barrier of his mother tongue being Portuguese and mine being English .
And I asked " did you say like a Fart? "
He replied " yes" smiling. Even more confused and a little disturbed I asked him " what do you mean kids are like a fart?" I had to giggle a little by that point. He explained to me the logic behind his madness. Haha " yes, you know only you can put up with your own fart when it stinks so much , you kind of enjoy it or think it's funny , like your own kids, at home in your own company they can be really noisy , and misbehave and do things they shouldn't , you kind of enjoy it and find it funny. But not everyone else does" I actually laughed and realized that actually this is so true. You have to love my husbands way of thinking :)
