I stood up this week. "Wow-you're awesome" they said. "An inspiration" claimed others...those closest to me however, didn't get it.
Nailing ones colours to the flag can cause all sorts of reactions but no matter what, you always have to ask yourself "are you sure?". There's no point in standing tall if you don't fully buy it yourself. When those who you long to say the positive words don't come through, you better be sure you do.
I stood up this week and I'm glad I did. I meant every word of it...let's open our vision a little and lend a hand the person sitting next to us.
