At some point we must realize that we empower prejudice, racism, and indifference by continually giving those who stand for it a platform in both our public and private lives. We must squeeze the breath out of all forms of hatred by using our breath to empower all forms of love. We are the hand of God in each others lives and with that power it is our responsibility first to understand what that power is and then to use it in the service of humanity.
