A moon of flowers, Fluttering in the sky, Like nervous butterflies, They float on a midnight wind.

A moon of flowers, Falling apart, Falling to the ground, Whipping across the sky.

Roses and poppies, And lilies and snowbells, Raining on my face, Drifting into my arms.

I look up into the midnight sky, And see a patch of black, And a single white rose floats across the sky, And I sigh and remember the moon.
