A promise- broken.
Trust- A token dropped in a machine--
time's up.
I have proven over and over, I am tougher than I seem- A fool-- but still hopeful.
And I let you keep pieces of me- Locked, bound, keyed to you secretly...
Only I can no longer be sure
of finding them.
