This is my new screenplay, I will post small updates.
EXT. Under a pier - midday A homeless man awakens from a rough night sleep. An old German shepherd (Karl) lies in his lap. His face looks down at it and he smiles. His one true friend he thinks. Man (whisper) Semper Fi The man strokes its neck, gently, it's eyes open slowly and it licks him on the face. The man gets up and the dog jumps off his lap and stretches, just like the man. The man then lifts his coat up and brings out a silver pistol. He checks how much ammo he has left, 4 bullets. That's the only defence he has left in this mad world.
