I read the last message, You sent to me, every night. I ignore the tears of heart break, As I try to stay in the light.
I read it over and over, Memorising your words. Closing my eyes in bliss, As I listen to songbirds.
I smile at how much, My love for you expands. As I play with my bracelets, I've tangled round my hands.
Even though we are in love, And my heart beats for you everyday. I mix between sadness and laughter, When I think of our daily debates.
I miss all our playful arguing, And your cheesy smile. I miss the times you tease me, With that cheeky sparkle in your eye.
