She was running on the beach, in the rain, she always does this, to find the best place to go windsurfing.
Yes this 57 year old woman goes windsurfing all year long, and she just got an article in my local newspaper, she also teaches windsurfing free of charge, she helps out local charities and helps organise the local carnival.
Just makes you realise that getting old doesn't mean you have to stop doing what you want to do, only you decide when you stop.
And it just made me smile, so I shared it with you all.
