A freedom from the double mind
As I sit here thinking of what to write about it dawns on me that if I switch off this double thinking brain of mine and stop second guessing my mind I can write what ever I like. For the mind is like the body, the body can do the task you've been asking it to do for years without the brain having to get involved. Instead remembers how it did last time and recreates these movements. Much like the body the mind recreates thought processes that it's been through almost like da ja vu. Without the double mind stepping in to take control it's free to use my thumbs to tap this screen and create these words that mean freedom.
