The Romans were a funny bunch Eating bore and oysters for lunch Taking over alot of the world Making empires fold Using strength and power None them would cower They invented under ground heat And still managed to build an impressive fleet They made great straight roads To carry all their loads They wore amazing armour Unless they were the farmer The Romans made a big impression When in Rome is a great expression
