One of the things I like about the Autumn and Winter months isn't so much the fact that that it gets darker earlier, but that it stays dark for LONGER. If it were 4:43am during the SUMMER right now, the sun would be rising and the birds would be singing. God I hate those bloody birds. There's something so depressing about only just falling asleep as the sun is coming up. I feel like such a FAILURE. But still, it's December now, so I'm fine. It's still dark and the birds have buggered off. Now if only I wasn't so cold.
