I heard the other day that the government had met all of its "environmental targets" and was ahead of the game when it came to traffic laws. Well I see some flaws... The gov. Sets these targets WAY too low. AND they hardly ever release all of their "official targets" anyway. So actually all the "good publicity" their getting isn't that good.... How ironic.
