On my way to school I wasn't feeling good But then something happened That lifted up my mood
A little boy with his mom He just stood at his place His mom was walking onwards But a weird grin on his face
I was in a hurry I was getting late But he just stood there Like it would be my fate
"Oh c'mon kid, move." I thought For he was on my way But once I got to where he stood What did he have to say?
He smiled, laughed, stared at me And I said "Well hey." He ran away in excitement But yet he made my day
