Just a smile was all it took,
My heart melted with that look,
What was gone, stored deep inside,
Came right back, too strong to hide..
Am I feeling what I feel, are my feelings for you real,
Or is it a connection from days gone by,
Echoed in this present life..
We can't explain the bond we have,
We can't explain the need to be,
Around, beside each other now,

It's not romantic, though we tried,
