"Who was your first kiss?" She said "The first person I ever kissed was a girl called Kate. We'd been friends for a while." "Was she cute?" "Very. She'd told me earlier that day that she liked me. Being shy as I was I didn't really act on it." "was that when she kissed you?" "No. Later that day she asked me the very same question that you did. Who was your first kiss? I said that i'd never kissed anyone before, that i'd like to and that maybe I would someday. She asked me if I'd like to kiss her." "Was THAT when she kissed you" "... No. " "How come?" "Well I said 'no'" "Why?" "Well I was shy." "I would've done. Y'know, if she was cute" "I would too. I... I should have." "So what did she say?" "She asked me why I didn't want to kiss her. I Did. I really did want to but I was an idiot. I looked down and said I didn't know." "That doesn't mean you're an idiot." "When I looked up she was crying." "Oh" "She must have thaught I didn't like her so she ran upstairs and hid herself in my room." "did you go after her?" "ofcourse." "And?" "... and when I got there she was kissing some other guy. He was obviously an idiot drunk but he seemed smarter than me at the time." "Oh no. What did you do?" "Well I went back downstairs" "You went back downstairs?" She said raising one eyebrow. "Yes." "Why?" "Well I would have been an idiot to try and stop them wouldn't I? I did say 'no' remember?... Anyway, I came back downstairs. I felt like an idiot. I didn't even make it all the way down. I just sat midway." "Like we are now." "Yeah." "So what happened then?" "That's up to you." "Well what about the kiss?" "There was no kiss... I'm a bit of an idiot arn't I?" "No." She said. "Would you like to kiss me." She said. "No... I'm to much of an idiot." "Not for me." "... Thankyou." I closed my eyes, leant forwards, and I kissed her on the lips. That was my second kiss. What an Idiot.
