Abused

Another piercing scream,
Another SMACK sounds.
An evil excuse of a man,
Is giving his wife pounds.

Next time she appears,
Bruises flower on her face.
She clatters up the stairs,
Her husband giving chase.

Everytime we see her,
We offer her our help.
But her beater soon comes
Making her yelp.

Then one day is silence,
From the flat of pain
Death comes calling,
The lady has been slain.

Just a little warning,
To the small amount of males
Domestic violence can kill
What once started as wails
