Completed the race for life With my sister Heather. We ran 5k non-stop, In hot, humid weather.
We raised cash for cancer, All dressed in pink. Bags and medals as prizes, A huge success I think.
The warm up was a laugh, Yoga; we took the mick' Off we set, as runners. Heather was nearly sick!
Our mother came too, But ditched us at the end :( But darling Heather and I, Good times we spend.
All in all it was fun, Money for a good cause. Completed in 29 mins, Not once did we pause.
