Chapt 5, part 2, --------------- through Marthas Eyes --------------- I open my eyes. I must have passed out because the sun was coming up. I pull myself up of the ground.
I sit in total darkness and await my fate as my eyes adjust to my surroundings. My hands, tightly tied behind my back, chaff against the tough chord of rope around them.
