Funny a joke, Everyone's punch line, The clown under a cloak, Time for me to shine.
Painted on disguise Just want to blend in, How about some lies? Let the laughter begin.
Giggle, laugh, let's have fun! Laugh at my funny face, Or I can just act dumb? Just put me in my place.
I'll paint on these tears, Or maybe half and half I've done it for many years, Cried as I laugh.
Smile upside down, But with a painted on smile, Does that make it a frown? I'll leave you to think for a while.
Am I a clown? I'm everybody's joke, Let my tears drown, Leave you wet, let them soak.
My clown tears, Laugh while I'm dying, Giggles like spears, Go on laugh as I'm crying.
