My bones slowing deforming, My arms continuously working.

Life in the factory.

Scoop up the fallen cotton, Down on my knees, Help me please...

Life in the factory.

Machines can squash my growing bones, I am but six years of age.

Someone help me please.

Life in the factory.

They give me clothes to hide my shabby frame, A holiday in which my parents only drink.

Someone take this away for me please.

Life in the factory.

Mother won't tell the overseer that I'm overworked, Just let's them beat me. For fear she'll lose her job.

Someone help us please.

Life in the factory.

Sister died in here, Sucked into the machine. Her apron caught on the wheel, And that was all it took...

Someone turn back time for me please.

Life in the factory.

Father with eyes so hard they have no feelings. Never even cried when Sister died...

What's his name? He can't remember.

Someone help him please.

Life in the factory.

Mother slowly tiring, They shout for her to work. She falls to the floor and collapses.

Kick, kick. If she wasn't already dead then she is now...

And as I work, Hands as rigid as I can get them, It all clicks.

It all clicks that I'm next...
