Sometimes, when you put the pen on the paper, or your foot on the court, there's nothing there. Nothing to drive you forwards to the next big goal or to conjure up the next chapter.
That nothingness is a lack of inspiration, a mental block, hitting a brick wall.
And this feeling is one which I get often get; the feeling of not having any desire to push myself over the next obstacle.
When that time comes we just need to muster ourselves and think: 'If I can just do this one thing, how good will the end result be?'
Stop procrastinating and get some inspiration I say! But I don realise that when I say that, I'm being such a hypocrite.
