There was once a girl with a big heart, she wanted love and to be loved, a feeling all to herself. Naive and foolish she let her boyfriend do things to her that no woman or man should allow their partner to do to them, but she let it happen thinking this isn't anything to be worried about, it's just how love works. Whilst she was in the relationship he realised she had fallen for her best friend and that she was attracted to both women and men, so she was rather confused. The 17 year old girl had doubts in her head about her relationship with the boy he thought she loved, her mum had voiced her concerns after seeing the bruises on her wrists but naive and blind as she was, she ignored her mum and her own concerns. She had been with this boy a month when she knew something wasn't right, she then got told her boyfriend was cheating on her with her best friend who she had fallen in love with. The girl broke up with her boyfriend and vowed never to speak to her best mate again. That week her period was late and she cried to her mum that she thought she was pregnant. Her suspicions where right and she wanted this baby, no matter that her baby's dad was a rapist and cheat, she couldn't get rid of a little life that was growing inside of her. She was 2 months pregnant when her ex boyfriend threatened to kill her and her family, she knew she had only one option and that would break her heart. 1 year after she aborted her baby and got her ex out her life she is happily with a decent guy who loves her for who she is and does not judge her for what she did. She thinks of how things would have been and still cries for the baby she never got to meet but knows it was for the best and that life is a whole lot better now. The reason I have posted this today is to let other girls and women know that rape is wrong no matter if it happens in a relationship, if it feels wrong and you said NO then it is rape. Also to let people know that yes abortion is horrible but sometimes it has to be done and I think that there was another reason the abortion happened, and it's so I could meet my soulmate and carry on with my career as well as still being alive :)
