I will sit again tonight, as I do every day.
Saying my nightly prayers, hoping they come true.
I ask for beauty, I ask for intelligence, but most of all I ask for someone to truly love me.
So as you all get cosy tonight with your partners and friends, think of me, the lonely girl who cries in the night as loneliness engulfs her.
