"come on sweetie" said mum "you'll be late other wise" she said pushing me into our (amazing) car
"gezz mum, I'm fifteen now, i can walk to school" I moaned
"hmm I know, my baby girls growing up" she said smoothing down my flaming red curly hair
"Urgh mum!"
"sorrrryyyy!" she said, I smiled at her, my mum was the best and the best part was that she was a were wolf/ vampire, so was Dad! Sadly for me I turned out to only have the pleasure of being a vampire. I saw a muscly figure running from the front door
"Harmony Rae! " Dad shouted
"what?" I shouted back, he lifted up my school back
"seriously I thought you had a good memory!" he said kissing me in the forehead and handing me my bag
"thanks Dad" I said, he was like Mum too. They both had amazing powers, mum could stop time and teleport, Dad could shape-shift and could control the mind of others. Me, well I have no idea, I hadn't discovered mine yet, mum said it was going to be good and I really hoped it would be! Mum started the engine and drove off to school. When we got the I quickly got out the car hoping not to be seen
"have a good day sweety" she said waving
"bye!" I called from the school grounds. I watched her drive off and hurried away to the group of people chatting, laughing and joking around. I climbed onto the wall quietly behind them and jumped down so that I was in the middle of the group, they all jumped and laughed as sprang back up to face them
"and here's Harmony" said Courtney laughing
"hey guys! What ya doing?" I asked leaning against the wall. I was considered the 'pack leader'
"oh your mum" said Jenny
"what about her?" I asked them glaring around the circle of people
"oh nothing, only Ash has a umm crush on her" said Helen laughing. I burst out in laughter and looked at Ash, he was looking down at his feet
"seriously?" I asked still smiling
"yep" chimed in Aden
"she's a mum! She's married" I said now leaning against Ash "don't get your hopes up" I said patting him on the shoulder
"well I can dream! And I'm not the only one" Ash said smiling smugly at Milly
"what now?" I sighed
"I fancy Sam"
"what?" I stumbled. My dad? Haha, I guess he was ok for an old man!
"gezz you guys you have some serious problems!" I said as we all walked through the corridors. First years would stare at us, and if I looked back at them they would all look away,
"I swear there getting smaller" I whispered going past a group of young girls,
"yep! I don't remember being that small when I was eleven" said Aden laughing. When we got to our lockers someone was leaning against mine
"look who it is" said a blonde boy
"Urgh shov off dude" said Ash,
"make me" said Luke, he smirked at us all. Two tall guys stood next to him arms crossed around there chests
"got your body guards?" I asked in a baby voice, he never went anywhere without them. Luke's hair was bright blonde and brushed back, he had strong arms and body. I smirked back at him, Jim and Jake (body guards) cracked there knuckles at me but Luke motioned them to stop,
"what's wrong? Won't hit a girl" I teased
"no I just don't want them wasting there energy on you. He strutted away sniggering at us.
"Urgh I hate him" said Helen
"yeah" Aden, Ash, and Jenny all said
"I dunno, I don't mind him" I said, they all stared at me in horror. I didn't mind Luke, he was slightly annoying but he was hot! And I was kinda desperate. We all walked over to class and sat down laughing at Helen as she tripped over a chair! The day went quickly and I was for the final bell to go. I stood out side in the car park waiting for the bus home,
"what you waiting for? Your mummy?" asked a sly but soothing voice behind me
"no, the school bus, why are you even here?" I asked Luke, I noticed that he was on his own with out his helpers
"none of your concern" he said frowning
"hmm, ok then" I said as the bus came wrong the corner, I walked onto the bus and felt Luke behind me. I sat down near the back. 10 minutes into the bus drive I felt a finger starting to flick my head
"Urgh what?" I groaned at Luke smirking behind me
"oh nothing, just looking at your hair"
"what about it?" I asked looking at it, it fell down to my waist even though it had curls
"hmm, you could say its horrible or you could say its beautiful" he said eyeing me, was that a compliment fro the prince of darkness? People would call him that because he was gloomy and dark most of the time. I thought it was mean really
"right...." I said turning around again. The bus pulled up at my drive and I got up quickly
"bye Red head" called Luke from the back of the bus. Did he like me? Or was it me? Either way I would still be happy to be a couple with him, even if people hated him, I quite liked him...
When I got home, there was a note on the table saying,
"hey hun,
Gone shopping for awhile, be back soon.
Bye x x x "
I walked upstairs to my room and lay on my bed. I turned on my purple laptop and started to email everyone about Luke on the bus. They sent back emails saying that he was mean and horrible. I badly disagreed...
