When I got back to the flat Ellie was still up even though it was about 1:30am "so how did it go?" she asked yawning "oh very nicely!" I said smiling "good good" her eyes started to shut and she fell asleep, I put a blanket over her as she was lying on the sofa. I walked up to my room still thinking about Josh, when I got to my room there was a small box with a note on it, Enjoy, speak tomorrow Ellie xx I opened it and there were tiny milk chocolates, aww how sweet! I got dressed into my PJs and jumped into bed..... I woke up at 11:30, whoa half my days nearly gone! Ellie had already gone to work so I thought I should as well, I decided that I was going to start a new painting of the harbour out side the olive shed with the moon and a crane bending over the water. I drew two people sat next to each other, with the moon reflecting on to there faces. The sketch was perfectly accurate of last night, I just needed to put some colour on it now!

Ellie got home and asked me to tell her all about my date, so I told her. At the end she smiled and said we were a perfect match, which I must say we were! My phone beeped, two new texts one from Josh, Hi last night was good! Must do it again ;) x I sent back a text agreeing with him, the second text was from my old friend Rose! We had known each other from birth but when I moved away we lost contact, the text read, Hey! Whoa we haven't spoke for ages, I'm in town where you are, do you wanna meet up? I smiled, Of course I do, have some great news to tell you! Can I bring someone? I wanted to take Josh he knew Rose as well Sure! She replied we decided to meet at a little cafe by a lake that we all used to go to, Ellie had to stay behind because she was having some time with her boyfriend Connor. When Me and Josh got there, Rose stood up and hugged me, "wow Rose you changed!" I said she had though, her red hair had gone straight and lovely, she was slim and tall with a lovely face! Josh smiled at her and said hi, he didn't know her that well but they will! "so how's my amazing friend?!" Rose said leading us to a table "very well thanks, umm we have some good news!" "what?" "me and Josh are....together!" I said looking over at Josh who was smiling at me "Awww hunni, great news! You better look after her Josh" she said frowning at him "oh I will" he said taking my hand "she does need looking after sometimes" he said teasing me... Again! I didn't mind he had always been like that ever since we were kids, "haha very funny" I said sarcastically "I know right" Rose just smiled at us cheerily, "sorry but I got to go now" said Josh "why?" me and Rose asked in time "I got to get to my new job!" "oh, what is it?" Rose asked "I'm a cartoon artist" he smiled at me, that was his dream job! He wanted to be one since he was 12! "good luck, you'll be great you always are!" I said giving him a hug, he kissed me briefly and walked out of the cafe. "you two are so sweet together!" said Rose sighing "thanks, how's you and Jack getting on?" Jack was her boyfriend they had been together for about 5 years now, Roses smile faded as I mentioned him "oh umm we broke up" she said looking down sadly "oh I'm sorry, are you ok?" "yeah, its not your fault you didn't know" "so what happened?" "he cheated on me, he lives here now, he's going out with someone called Ria O'connor" she said sighing, oh my god! Ria O'connor my friend Ria, Josh's sister.... I waved goodbye to Rose as she drove away, my best friend vs my other best friend for a guy as well! I hoped that me and Josh would never break-up, I wanted a future with him.
