11 November 2012
Today we will remember those who gave their lives for us and our country. At 11am we fell silent for one minute to respect and remember every single person who died fighting. Those who were close to any of the soldiers, they may leave your sight but never your hearts. Children fought in the war, some just to make their family's proud. Some because they had to.
Those who leave us, don't go. They walk beside us everyday.
As I drove through Lyme Regis, I couldn't help I couldn't help but feel gratitude towards the town. We drove past 2 churches and both were filled with people, all with poppies, standing and respecting the millions of soldiers. Some people will think that it's a waste of time. But it's not.
R.I.P to the brave soldiers who fought for our country.
