Ok so I've just got a phone call from Grandma about Grandad's cancer....
He's ok! They've removed it from his bladder, he's awake and ok from the operation! The cancer spot is being analysed to see how bad it is, Grandad's going home tomorrow :) He has to go in every few months for an injection just to make sure it hasn't retuned. But it's not serious.
