Good and bad things happen at the zoo, they can happen at any time. Every animal has to die some time, it's all a part of life. But when you have grown so close to an animal, and you just can't let go, it's hard to say goodbye when it's sent off to heaven. Hopefully everyone can grow close to an animal in their life, even if it isn't at home, a friend can be anywhere, if its a friend, then it's a friend. And when that friend, being or pet, passes away, tears of sadness trickle down your cheeks, but sometimes you hate to show your sadness, so would rather have the funeral in your own time, where you can be left alone and maybe, go through some memories of the friendship. But when a zoo animal passes away, then sometimes even the whole of the local area can be affected by it, as I said earlier, a real friend, is a friend for life, no matter what or where they are.
