The more I realise what love is really all about... and what it is not.
The older I get, the more I realise that relationships need to be taken day by day. That a partner is a different person to you, who will think and act differently. But you should know that that person will be there - to be your best friend, your shoulder to cry on and the support that you need.
Love is not simply happiness that you stumble upon or find. It is a happiness that you work towards. The ingredients of love are not based on perfection but rather the way that people compliment each other that can lead to a perfect whole.
