Sea crashes the rocks below and the moon of night is aglow

Left to float along the danger, to the sea he is no stranger

Head held high gazing the night sky

The sailor gazes on, he thought nothing was wrong

A hypnotizing sound hit his ear, drunk now more than with whiskey or beer

Eyes that shimmered with silver and blue, his love for her slowly grew

With scales and fins the lady was Devine, he thought now she will be mine

Steering forward towards his love, she looked more innocent than a dove

With a crash the boat hits the rocks below, under the moon that's aglow
