When the upper-classes don't do their job the answers are always the same.
"They have to do a very difficult job with insufficient funding"
Question: what salary are they on for doing this very difficult cult job?
We're always been told that's why they get such high salaries. But 'they', keep moving the goal post, always making excuses. All lower- class, and middle classes would be sacked not asked to resign. ================
