I have not lost my temper, been greedy, nasty, selfish, or self- indulgent. I have not wrongly,,complained or cursed, or eaten chocolate. I have charged nothing to my credit card. I have just not gossiped about anyone

But I will be getting out of bed in a minute, and I think that I will soon put all that right.
