So far I have written about two very scary illuminations of reality during an awake like state, the first one being more frightening than the last one

This last experience of horror during1980 was probably the most threatening because it involved a betrayal of trust and was life threatening.

After leaving the college at Milton Keynes I returned to the hotel in Llandudno. After a busy day I was sitting at the hotel bar, our barman who had by now become a friend by now stayed talking to me.

We got onto the subject of room 46 the room now deemed "haunted ", he confirmed none of the staff would go into the room on there own to clean it up.

I had to admit to him that I did not now think the room was " haunted" , I explained the account of what happened at Milton Keynes. I told him the full story about what happened on both occasions and about the pray I used to control my fear. Without hesitation he told me that I have a poltergeist following me.

I asked his advice on what I should do, he did not know but said the hotel staff will be relived to learn that the room is not " haunted".

Only two more weeks before my training course was complete, I was to go home for the weekend back with my family. On the Saturday night after having a family night out, I went to bed just before midnight around about 3am I was woken up or so it seemed to me by some appearing through the open door.

I was laying on my back, facing the bedroom door, so I could see clearly a women whose face I recognised. She wore a navy blue macintosh and a navy blue trilby hat, this was the uniform of a Midwife during the 1950/60' s.

As the woman got closer I recognised her she was smiling and I smiled back, I felt happy to see her, she was my Grandmother. We used to call her "Nin". I called out to her "hello Nin", she came closer still with a lovely smile on her face, I thought she was going to kiss me, instead she put something around my next and tried to strangle me.

The thing around my neck was becoming tighter, I could not breath, my lungs where filling up like a balloon that was about to burst. I managed to put my both hands under the item around my neck my mind was now very alert I knew this horror was happening again and that I needed to say the powerful pray to ward off evil spirits, "Eternal Rest", It suddenly stopped but not before I was overcome with fear and exhaustion but, at last I could now breath again.

The Poltergeist has finally given up, Thank God for that.

the experience of being strangled was so real and horrifying, the feeling of the lungs about to burst was so real, that is why I can remember all three events so clearly.

The End
