You sit there alone, left to reflect on a disaster of a year.
Happiness has deserted you. Your hopes and dreams for the end of the year have faded into nothing.
You see your own reflection in your mirror, cracked and broken and simply wonder why.
A tiny glimmer of light erupts in the corner of one the shards though as the next year, the next chapter dawns...
