I don't believe in love at first sight.
I believe in love at first chat, love at first kiss, love at first laugh or smile.
But I don't believe in love at first sight.
You can't just look at someone who has a pretty face and expect their personality to be just as pretty. Likewise, they could look completely average and have the kindest, brightest, best personality you've ever known.
There's a quote that I like - 'Light travels faster than sound. That's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.'
People could be pretty inside and out, or plain inside and out, but my point is that I don't believe in love at first sight.
It's romantic and all, but I'd rather know that someone liked me for my personality rather than if I was pretty or not.
Love at first sight?
