Footsteps, shadows, rapid pace,
Darting eyes on pale face,
Paranoid, erratic mind,
Otherworldly, nether bind,
Legs of lead and hands of ice,
Trapped within a devil vice,
Scratches, creaks and heavy sighs,
Took the bait of blatant lies,
Racing pulse and panning vision,
Blurred bravado, dark division,
Thought prevention, night dimension,
