It's drizzling outside
Quite mesmerising really,
Or it would be if it wasn't so bloody well sad!
46 years of age and the most excitement I get is to count how many raindrops it takes to form a puddle!... ..... ...... .....
"Puddle,piddle poddle piddle pee,
Why has the world ground to a halt, or is it only me?
Why when I look outside are people looking in!
Is this some kind of sick, game show that i can never win?
Why are the girls in rubber and the boys all smeared with Heinz baked beans.
And why are policeman carrying Daddies Sauce instead of nightsticks mean!
Now I'm getting worried a gnu has just walked past,
Which wouldn't be so strange if his antlers weren't in plaster cast. And following the g-g-g-gnu an ostrich passed this way
A sign beneath each wing campaigning for more pay?
The puddles getting bigger now reflecting back to me
A leprechaun in handcuffs
And a naked fairy with the key.
.... ... .....I gotta stop this RAaaain!!!!
