To me, this modern music industry has gone down the loo. All it seems to do is churn out some pretty boy, cute girl with a half decent voice and get a producer to write them songs. That isn't the point in music, it shouldn't be the same song recycled again and again with different lyrics because that's what sells. It should be real musicians writing real songs about things that really matter, not this pop culture of 'babble babble, bitch bitch, rebel rebel, party party, sex sex sex and don't forget the violence' (very true to the world of music lyrics by Marilyn Manson). There's plenty on people making music of their own back for reasons that really matter, but they don't get recognised because they're not beautiful or their music isn't electronic with a repetitive beat and tune. People who follow the charts and the music that is advertised, shoved down all if our throats and just accept it really should broaden their horizons when it comes to music.
Look, and you will find an artist, not in the pop culture that will say all the things you never though would apply to you. There 'superstar' pop singers will never do that.
So come on people, stop following a trend and support real music!
