My family does not understand my obsession with cheese, Instead of "who ate all the pies?" It is "who ate all the cheese? Molly was it you?"
So What can I say about cheese that has not already been said... Cheese is a country mans delight, a fun process that starts from a cow to end up on the shopping markets shelf.
Exotic it is with many flavours to do with many cultures and more so on many dishes. For example Italian mozzarella best on a pizza.
Will eat it with anything, but the best thing is definitely cheese and mash potato pie. Or maybe Stilton and broccoli soup, Which, my god, it is bloody heaven sent.
So cheese, whether you like it mouldy,hard, plain on your bread, or mexican spicy, is the best.
