I smile to say I'm fine, To lie about the pain behind my eyes, To keep it hidden from sight.
It's painted upon my face, To pretend Everything is ok, When really I feel like closing down this charade.
But for you my dear, I hide it all behind my mask, Cry my tears inside instead of out. And put on this brave fake face, against the world for Your sake.
