Now days though. It's all we expect.
The room our class had moved in to was strictly artillery. Guns, knives, shields and all sorts of technical gadgets. To attack and to protect. To train and prepare. A motto of sorts.

The teacher and I stood on the mats, stances ready. In the next two moves I had him down on the ground. Knife at his throat.

"Dismissed Sam" I nodded. Saluted and left. Changing into civilian clothing, I couldn't help but think about the two lines on my own arm and how I had achieved them.
