I've been watching her for a long time now, I want to connect but I can't somehow, I know there's a lot of space between us, I am from Mars and she's from Venus, But who says Martians and Venusians don't meet? I feel my rhythm in her beats, My pain in her subtle tones, My hurt in her soulful moans. For my depression she's the cure; Soothed by her each and every outpour.
"Please oh please let her breathe my way If she sings my song today Ima be ok" It's true to say, She shows the way. She's the illuminati in the truest form, She breaks the norm, Shining light for those in the dark, Life's not always a walk in the park But she sure does try to make it that way, She wants to heal the world someday.
She smiled at me and sang to me, Now I know how it feels to be free. I looked in her eyes and changed gods, It may sound off, it may sound odd I fill with love and joy my jug And she told me "don't give a fugg".
She is a manifestation of truth and light, She is the full moon shining in the night, The guiding star, So near yet so far She maps the way, paves the way And saves my day.
At night our souls connect, We take a long walk; reflect In fields green, rich in fruits and trees, Birds and bees. I see the world the same way she sees, We are two spiritual beings On a mission of freeing The mind, To find, To share Peace And Light.
